The late Dr. Rajah Karalakulasingam started the Foundation in 2017, after years of service to his community through his work as a Nephrologist (kidney physician). For years he did both local and international service work on school boards, through Rotary, and through medical service trips. Upon his retirement after 50 years in medicine, he established the foundation to continue the work he loved so dearly.

We are interested in funding projects large and small, from 501(c)3 tax exempt organizations that focus on improving communities, especially in the areas of health and education.
